I love the 9 to 5 picture when they're at Charlie's getting drunk and they're all "What a rat. What a liar. What a creep." Some of these are really great pictures and some are just bizarre.

I am not a tea drinker. I prefer coffee or water my own self (rebl1969, you've totally got me saying "My own self." I hope you're happy). I have a coworker who I want to do something nice for. He loves tea, so I thought of buying him so snazzy tea. But he's a total tea snob and I don't know a thing about tea. Can anyone help a girl out?

So on my drive home from work just now, I was listening to the radio and no kidding, every song I heard reminded me of someone on my friends list. First I heard a Fishbone song (kookbox), then I heard "Babe" by Styx (rebl1969), then I heard "These Dreams" by Heart (cupcakecomplex). Then I heard "She-Bop," which doesn't really remind me of anyone, but I'm sure some people on my friends list dig it. jess_s?

Culinary:	Frozen pizzas	I don't eat them very much, but I always feel so guilty when I do. Like, how lazy am I? I can't even buy a damn Boboli?
Literary:	Celebrity gossip blogs	I dunno, there's something kinda fascinating about dumbass celebrities and their dumbass lives. This is extremely embarrassing.
Audiovisual:	American Idol	Yeah, I'm a schmuck, like 9/10 of Americans. I can't help it. I love having my favorites and rooting for them, seeing what the theme is going to be for the week and what everyone will sing. I love it, alright. I freaking love it.
Musical:	Barry Manilow	I don't really feel guilty about this one. I'm a Fanilow. Have been since I was a kid, thanks to my mom. I've seen him in concert like six times. Love for the Man.
Celebrity:	Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes	Yeah, I'm a little obsessed with the charade that is "TomKat." I love theorizing about what was on the contract Ms. Holmes signed, how much she's getting paid, what is taking the place of a fetus under her shirt, could Tom be any more crazy?

Ok, so I have to write this essay for my grad school application. And I'm kinda stuck. My task? "Briefly explain how your personal goals and professional objectives will be met by pursuing graduate study in your proposed area of interest." I've written some, but I'm not sure about two things:
1) How long should this thing be?
2) What else can I say besides I want to be a librarian so I'm going to grad school to study library science?

So far, I've talked about why I want to be a librarian and now I'm stuck. I don't know quite how to jazz it up. And I don't really know what they're expecting. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I was looking for some pictures of Dolly and look what I found:

I got my costume at the thrift yesterday. I'm just not sure about it now, though. It's a turquoise skirt and jacket. When I saw it, I thought, Dolly! But now I'm just not sure. They had this other outfit that I thought suited her much better, but upon further reflection, the skirt was actually skorts. I don't think Dolly would ever wear skorts. So now I'm rethinking my plan. Should I keep looking for another outfit? Or, I also have an idea for another costume. I have the perfect outfit for...Dorothy Zbornak. All I would need is a short gray wig and some dangly earrings. This costume would be much easier to put together but I would constantly be having to tell people who I was. Hmmm. What to do, what to do...
